HM Series Metering Pump

The HM Series metering pump is a high-capacity mechanical diaphragm pump, designed for industrial processes that need higher flow and pressure than standard units while keeping dosing accuracy.

• Flow rate: 2.25 to 500 L/h
• Working pressure: 5 to 12 bar (depending on model)
• Head material: PVC, PVDF, 316 stainless steel or PTFE
• Connection: NPT or hose
• Motor: 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase
• Power: 0.25 kW or 0.37 kW

The HM Series offers manual stroke adjustment or electric 4–20 mA adjustment for remote dosing control, plus special options such as an optional base, diaphragm rupture detection, pressure gauge, pressure switch and an explosion-proof version.

With 11 models available, from the HM0002 (2.25 L/h) to the HM0500 (500 L/h), the HM Series covers everything from precision dosing to high-volume processes.
